The Mott-Brown Family Reunion will be held at the Oak Grove Baptist Church off of Highway 154 at 9:30 a.m. All family members and friends are invited to attend.

Sunday, Oct. 12

The annual Bedwell family reunion will be held at the home of W.V. Bedwell at 2367 on the Sandflat Road, county road 9, Thomasville. Bring a covered dish and lawn chairs. If you have any questions or need further directions call 1-334-636-2696.

Tuesday, Oct. 14

Grove Relay For Life will hold its first committee meeting at 5:30 p.m. to begin planning the 2004 event at the Grove Hill Memorial Hospital in the conference room. The annual fall Sullivan Family Homecoming will be held at the Sullivan Family Home-place Park near St. Stephens. The Sullivan Family and other groups will perform. An admission will be charged. For times, costs and directions call 251-246-4553.

Saturday, Oct. 18

The Overton-Schultz will have its family reunion at the Union Baptist Church located on the Allen-Walker Road in Grove Hill starting at 10:45 a.m. Come and bring a covered dish and fellowship with them. For more information call 251-275-8135 or 251-275-3715.

Coffeeville High School invites all former students and teachers to attend an "Ole Timers" Reunion with registration to begin at 9 a.m. A covered dish luncheon is planned and everyone is encouraged to attend and bring a covered dish. Sunday, Oct. 19

The Fulton Volunteer Fire Department will celebrate its 25th anniversary with an Open House from 1 to 4 p.m. at Station One. Everyone is invited. All former firemen are issued a special invitation. Refreshments will be served. Bring the kids and tour Thomasville Volunteer Fire Department’s "Smoke Trailer."

Saturday, Oct. 25

Jeff and Sarah Williams of Lower Peach Tree will have a family reunion between 10 until 3 p.m. at the Tompkins Baptist Church, two miles south of Grove Hill on Hwy. 43. Bring food to share and lawn chairs. All relatives and friends are invited.

The McKinley Reunion will be held at the Liberty Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the fellowship. For more information call 334-636-2216.

Saturday, Nov. 22

The Town of Peterman, located six miles north of Monroeville, will host its 20th annual "Peterman Station Arts and Crafts Festival" Saturday, Nov. 22. Now in its 20th year, this popular event draws crafts and visitors from surrounding states as well as Alabama. Approximately 150 booths of handmade arts and crafts will be exhibited and sold. Entertainment is planned throughout the day. "Down Home" Foods will be served. Booth sizes are 12’ x 12’ and rent for $45 without electricity and $50 with electricity.
