The service was held Sept. 30 at noon at the Antioch Baptist Church in Nicholsville with Rev. Moses Lartey officiating. Burial was in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. Reese Funeral Home directed. Active pallbearers were friends. McCaskill Sallie K. McCaskill, 91, of Lower Peach Tree died Sept. 25, 2003 at Monroe County Hospital. She was a homemaker. Survivors include three daughters, Carrie M. Lane, Nellie Carstarphen, both of Lower Peach Tree, Thelma Woods, Thomasville; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren. The service was held Oct. 4 at noon at the Mt. Sinai A.M.E. Church of Lower Peach Tree with Rev. W.W. Nixon officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Sinai A.M.E. Church Cemetery of Lower Peach Tree.
