NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by those certain mortgages executed by ALEX J. LOVETTE and wife, WANDA R. LOVETTE, and LOVETTE COMPANY, INC., dated June 26, 2002, and recorded July 24, 2002, at Mortgage Book 1206, Page 553, et seq., Clarke County Probate Office, and that certain mortgage dated February 24, 2005, and recorded February 28, 2005, at Mortgage Book 1265, Page 576, Clarke County Probate Office.
