SALE
Default having been made in the
payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on March 14, 2003 by
Anthony Ezell, a single person,
originally in favor of Wells Fargo
Home Mortgage, Inc., and
recorded in DMM Book 1222 at
Page 124 on March 26, 2003, in
the Office of the Judge of Probate
of Clarke County, Alabama, and
secured indebtedness having
been transferred to Wells Fargo
Bank, NA. Shapiro and Ingle,
L.L.P., as counsel for Mortgagee or
Transferee and under and by
virtue of power of sale contained in
the said mortgage will, on September 11, 2015, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder in front of
the main entrance of the Clarke
County, Alabama, Courthouse in
the City of Grove Hill, during the
legal hours of sale, the following
real estate situated in Clarke
County, Alabama, to wit: Lot No. 9
of First Addition to County Club Estates, Jackson, Alabama, as
shown by plat of said subdivision
made by Ralph A. McVay, Registered Surveyor, under the date of
June 20, 1967, which plat is

Subject, however to an easement 5 feet wide along the margin
of Golfview Drive for utilities and
drainage and restrictive covenants
recorded in Record Book 457, at
Page 80-82, in said Probate Office.
Less and except, reservation of
all oil, gas and minerals in, on or
under the premises reserved by
prior grantors. For informational
purposes only, the property address is: 702 Golf View Dr, Jackson, AL 36545. This sale is made
for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expenses of
foreclosure. Furthermore, the
property to be offered pursuant to
this notice of sale is being offered
for sale, transfer and conveyance
AS IS, WHERE IS. Neither the
mortgagee, nor the officers, directors, attorneys, employees, agents
or authorized representative of the
mortgagee make any representation or warranty relating to the title
