Default having been made
in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain
mortgage executed by Ramona McKenzie Bumpers
aka Ramona McKenzie and
Robert Lee Bumpers Jr. wife
and husband , originally in
favor of Union Planters Bank,
National Association, on the
27th day of August, 2001, said
mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of
Clarke County, Alabama, in
DMM Book 1191 Page 799;
the undersigned U.S. Bank
Trust National Association, as
Trustee for Towd Point Master
Funding Trust 2014-04, as
Mortgagee/Transferee, under
and by virtue of the power of
sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry
to the highest bidder for cash,
in front of the main entrance
