By virtue of a Writ of Execution Fieri Facias issued out of the Circuit Court of Clarke County, Alabama, and to me directed. Whereby I am commanded to make the amount of a certain judgment recently obtained against Jackie E. Portis of the goods, chattels, lands and tenements of the said Jackie E. Portis, P.O. Box 250, Leroy, AL 36548.

I have levied on the following property, to-wit:

Beginning 403.8 feet West of the SE corner of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence continue West 182.6’; thence North 210’; thence East 285’, to the West margin of a gravel road; thence in a Southerly direction, along said road, back to the point of beginning. Containing 1 acre more or less and being a part of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Sec. 33, T-8-N, R-2-E. Clarke County.

Sold subject to mortgages and other encumbrances applicable to said property of record of Probate Court records.

Therefore, according to said command, I will sell at public outcry for cash, all the right, title and interest of the above named Jackie E. Portis, in and to the above described property, at 12:00 noon the 26th day of July, 2004, during the legal hours of sale in front of the courthouse door of Clarke County, Grove Hill, Alabama.

Sold subject to existing liens and advertising, if any, dated this 10th day of June, 2004.

You are hereby notified that on the 6th day of May, 2003, a complaint to quiet title was filed in the Circuit Court of Clarke County, Alabama, and the above stated are names of all parties of this action, and their heirs or devisees, if deceased, whose whereabouts are unknown and which cannot be ascertained after the exercise of due diligence, and who are believed to claim some right, title, interest or claim in and to the property described above.

All persons having an interest in said lands or any portion thereof, claiming any title thereto or any encumbrance or lien thereon, are hereby directed to plead, answer, and demur or otherwise respond to the Complaint on or before the 22nd day of July, 2004 else at the expiration of thirty (30) days thereafter suffer judgment by default to be rendered against them it being intended that this notice shall be used to perfect service against all parties who cannot be personally served with a copy of the Complaint.
