C'ville appreciative of support for Summer Fest event

Dear Editor,

The Town of Coffeeville would like to thank each individual that helped make our First Annual Summer Fest of 2006 a success. This day could not have happened without the help of the entire community.

We especially want to thank those who donated the door prizes that were given away throughout the day. We appreciate everyone that gave of their time to help us with the entertainment, children's activities, food, crafts and fireworks.

It was estimated that we had around 500 to 600 people that attended the fireworks show that night.

Thanks again to all that worked so hard to make this a day to remember and to help bring the community together for a time of fun and fellowship.

We look forward to next year being bigger and better.
