Republican state senate candidate touring parts of Clarke County by RV

John McMillan, Republican candidate for Senate District 22, brings his campaign RV Tour to Clarke County this week. Starting Thursday, (today), Aug. 17 at 8 a.m. in Opine, the tour will end Friday, Aug. 18 at 4 p.m. at the Tri-Community Volunteer Fire Department in Whatley.

The McMillan RV Tour schedule is as follows:

+8-9 a.m., Opine/Tallahatta Springs VFD; County Road 44 (Tallahatta Springs Road)

+9:30-10:30 a.m., West Bend-Bethel VFD; 5630 West Bend Road

+11:30-12:30 p.m., Coffeeville Dairy Bar; 726 Hwy. 84

+1:30-2:30 p.m., Winn VFD: 3011 Berry's Chapel Road

+3-4 p.m., Salitpa VFD; 145 River Crest Road

Aug. 18

+8-9 a.m., Fulton VFD; 144 Main Street

+10-11 a.m., Perry's Chapel

+12-1 p.m., Antioch VFD; 113 Antioch Road

+1-2 p.m., Helwestern VFD; 3162 Allen Road

+2-3 p.m., Tri-Community VFD; 35366 Hwy. 84, Whatley
