C-M Gas management team members visit Grove Hill council
Request for Patrick's Garage to be added to wrecker rotation denied
By Kathryn F. Pickard

Two members of the three-man management team recently hired at Clarke-Mobile Counties Gas spoke to the Grove Hill Town Council during Monday night's meeting.

"We are excited to be here. There are a lot of good things going on in the district. The new interconnect (with Wilcox County) will help get gas here if something happens on the lower end. We look forward to working with your mayor. The mayors who serve on the board are considering the best interest of the people in the district," C. J. Arnold said.

"We've got great folks at Clarke-Mobile Gas and we are excited about the things we have put together," Al Bean added.

Michael Patrick requested the council place Patrick's Garage on the small vehicle wrecker rotation list for the town. "We were on it once and we would like to get back on it," he said.

Mayor Lamar Hudson asked if Patrick had a CDL and he replied that one was not needed for the small rotation list.

Hudson said the list would remain the same and they might consider adding Patrick's at a later date.
