Judge Crow elected to lead state circuit judges association

The Honorable Harold Crow, who is currently serving as Presiding Circuit Judge of the 1st Judicial Circuit, was elected as President of the Circuit Judges Association of Alabama. Judge Crow received this honor from his peers while attending the Circuit and District Judges Conference on July 17-20.

In this capacity, he will represent all circuit court judges in the state on a number of important committees assigned by the Chief Justice and the Supreme Court of Alabama.

Judge Crow served as a district judge in Clarke County from June, 1980, to January, 1995, when he was elected to the circuit bench and became Presiding Circuit Judge. As Presiding Circuit Judge, he administers dockets in Clarke, Choctaw and Washington Counties. He will retire in January, 2007.
