Arrests booked through county jail

Seventeen arrests were booked into the Clarke County Jail and reported by Clarke County Sheriff's Department.

Those arrested include:

Lesley James Armstead, 34, driving while license revoked, arrested by Clarke County Sheriff's Dept.

Sollie Campbell, 47, disorderly conduct, $500 bond, arrested by Clarke County Sheriff's Dept.

Fletcher Anthony Cox Jr., 20, possession of forged instrument, $5,000 bond,. arrested by Jackson Police Dept.

Lisa Susan McGahen Harbison, 41, failure to appear on speeding, $500 bond, arrested by Grove Hill Police Dept.

Andretta Lee Jones, 29, driving without first obtaining a license, arrested by Thomasville Police Dept.

Jimmie Lee Kirby, 51, DUI, violation of prohibition, carrying a pistol without a permit, $2,000 bond, arrested by Thomasville Police Dept.

William Keith Lawrence, 29, criminal mischief, second degree, DUI, disorderly conduct, no insurance, improper lane usage, open container, $7,000 bond, arrested by Alabama State Troopers.

Melvin Leophus McConnell, 57, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, $2,000 bond, arrested by Jackson Police Dept.

Jeffery D. Overstreet, 42, menacing, $1,000 bond, arrested by Clarke County Sheriff's Dept.

Carl Lee Owens, 37, bad checks, $1,000 bond, arrested by Clarke County Sheriff's Dept.

Johnny Latrun Packer, 27, alias driving while license suspended, arrested by Thomasville Police Dept.

Cierra Waynita Russell, 20, contempt of court, arrested by Clarke County Sheriff's Dept.

Rodney Sheppatd, 20, disorderly conduct, $500 bond, arrested by Thomasville Police Dept.

Michael Earl Simpson, 41, DUI, arrested by Clarke County Sheriff's Dept.

Christopher Wesley Taylor, 23, illegal possession of alcohol, larceny-theft of credit card, arrested by Alabama State Troopers.

William Derek Touchston, 23, assault, third degree, arrested by Life Tech.

Freddie James Witherspoon, 45, theft of property, third degree, $500 bond, arrested by Thomasville Police Dept.
