Slow work ... or fast kudzu?

The kudzu that grows so lushly in the gully behind the county courthouse has been inching its way uphill all summer and has just about covered stacks of bricks waiting to be used on the new courthouse addition as well as other materials at the construction site. The work has been criticized by some for being slow and this picture begs an answer to the question: Is the work that slow or is the kudzu that fast?
