Upcoming Games
AHSAA - 7 p.m.; AISA 7:30 p.m.
Calhoun at CCHS

This game was supposed to have been played in Letohatchee, but was changed at the last minute. Barring any unforseen injuries, the Dawgs should roll.

CPS

In 2003 the two teams met with the Vols getting a 14-8 win. Since then the Gators have won two titles. Now they are back in the Class AAA with MA.

Marengo's Panthers took to the air last year to beat Coffeeville 52-16. Look for the Clarke-based Cats to want revenge.

JA

Patrician

Patrician rolled 41-6 over the Eagles last year as they marched to the state finals. This year a win by the Eagles could mark a shift in power in Class AA.

Monroe

at Jackson

Monore County beat the Aggies 21-14 the last time these two schools tied-up. That was in 2003. The Aggie faithful are looking for a different outcome.

If any Bears are nursing wounds this will be a game where they can get some needed rest. Up next in order at Excel, Georgiana and Sweet Water.

CHS

Marengo

When Coffeeville visits the Swamp usually anything can happen. These two groups of Panthers have had epic battles.

Akron

at

SWHS

There were 90 points scored last year in the game, with the Bulldogs accounting for 84 of those. This year's game won't be much prettier.

THS at

Hillcrest-Evergreen

The Tigers took home a 59-0 homecoming win last year. But this year's jaguars are improved and will give Thomasville a strong look in the first area game.
