Circuit Court sets civil jury term next week Civil court jury cases will be heard in Clarke County Circuit Court, starting Monday, Sept. 27. Ingrid Watson and children Destiny Cheeseboro and Reatha Cheeseboro have filed a wrongful death suit against Gulf States Paper Corporation. Other defendants in the suit are Danny Lee Reese, B E & K Engineering, Inc., Imperial Technologies, Inc and Liberty Mutual Insurance. Watson and the children are survivors of Terry Cheesebroro, who died Sept. 24, 2003 from injuries he recieved while working with Burk's Mechanical at the Demopolis mill . Cheeseboro apparently became entangled in a conveyor belt system in the barker area of the mill. Other suits set for trial include:
