Boat ramp to close for repairs

The public boat ramp at Gainestown Landing on the Alabama River will be closed for repairs beginning Monday, Oct. 9. It is anticipated that the repairs will take approximately two weeks to complete.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Clarke County Commission have entered into a joint license agreement for the repairs. For additional information please contact the Clarke County Road and Bridge Department at 251-275-3366.
