92-year-old DAR member recognized

Mrs. Tommie Dee Kennedy received recognition at the Alabama Society Daughters of the American Revolution district meeting at the Montgomery Country Club, Aug. 29. She has been a DAR member since Feb. 1, 1946. Mrs. Kennedy, age 92, was the oldest member present. For 16 years she was Regent of the local Elizabeth Bradford Chapter DAR and presently serves as chaplain.
