Coffeeville's academic work recognized

The State Department of Education honored Coffeeville High School on Thursday, Sept. 14 with a resolution and monetary award of $8,500 for its 2005-2006 academics. The award exemplifies teamwork that consists of the administrator, teachers, staff members, parents, and students working together. Coffeeville High School became accredited when both the elementary and high schools merged, according to SACS/CASI. A meeting was held Sept. 19 to review needed updates for the spring 2007 Self-Study.
