Clarke County all but naiuled down the region last week. This week they can get a homecoming win as well as getting the region title, no questions asked.

The Gators have dropped two in a row for the first time in a while. They need a win this week to nail down a playoff berth. It is a long ride to Hope Hull.

CHS

It is homecoming for Coffeeville and the Panthers are ready to end the 18-game losing streak they are in teh midst of. It could come this week.

Marengo

JA

Jackson Academy has two more tough games before the end of teh season. There will be a mad bunch of Longhorns that come calling this week.

The Aggies almost pulled off the upset last week and now they have to get back up as the Blue Eagles come calling. A playoff berth is hanging in the balance. 'Nuf said!

Bayside

Academy

The Bears dropped their first region game last week. They can't lick their wounds too long because the Admirals beat a good Red Level team last week.

Talk about a big game. This one will have far reaching aspects as far as the final two slots in the region. The loser will likely be on the outside looking in.

South Lamar at

SWHS

It's for all the marbles at Sweet Water this week. Both schools are unbeaten in region play and the winner will be sitting pretty when the post-season starts.

Selma

The Tigers are just chomping at the bit to get into the post-season. They still have a few region games and Selma offers an extremely athletic challenge.
