School receives Exxon Mobil grant

Principal Larry Bagley receives a check from Lee Dunn of Dunn's Exxon and the Exxon Mobile Educational Alliance Program.
Lee Dunn recently presented Wilson Hall Middle School with a $500 grant from the Exxon Mobil Educational Alliance Program to support the school's library media center. The grant is one of 4,000 available to schools across the country in cities and towns served by Exxon or Mobil stations. The grant was made possible by funding from the Exxon Mobil Corporation.

Mr. Dunn noted that Wilson Hall Middle School is committed to improving the reading skills of its students. He stated that the Exxon Mobil Educational Alliance Program gives stations like Dunn's Exxon an opportunity to invest in the future of Grove Hill by helping its students become better citizens through education.
