St. Peter's Episcopal feast of St. Nicholas set

St. Peter's Episcopal Church located at 200 Hospital Drive in Jackson will have a service and sermon each Sunday at 11 a.m. (Children's Church during the 11 a.m. service. and each Sunday, adult education classes with the subject entitled, "A People Called Episcopalians."

Wednesday, Dec. 6, feast of St. Nicholas of Myra, topic: "Adult Receiving and Childlike Giving: Preparing for the Coming of the King." The public is invited to attend and participate.

Indian Ridge Baptist

Church 125th

anniversary

Indian Ridge Baptist Church will celebrate its 125th church anniversary, Sunday, Nov. 5. Rev. Charley Marshall and the Chance Baptist Church will be the 11 a.m. guests. Rev. Tommie L. Chapman and the Little Rock Baptist Church will be the 2 p.m. program guests. All churches are invited to attend. Rev. Johnny Lynum is the pastor.

Full Gospel Apostolic

homecoming and revival

Full Gospel Apostolic Church of God of St. Stephens will have its annual homecoming Sunday, Nov. 5 at 2 p.m. Overseer Robert Keeler and the Living Church of God of Vossburg, Miss., will deliver the homecoming sermon. Revival services will begin Monday, Nov. 6 through Friday, Nov. 10 at 7:30 p.m. nightly. The evangelist for the week will be Overseer Gregory Cannon of Rice Temple A.O.H. Church of God of Montgomery. Elder Theodore Law is the pastor and founder.

New Union

New Union Baptist Church located on Highway 69 in Coffeeville will have its anniversary Sunday, Nov. 5 at 3 p.m. Rev. James G. Curry and congregation of Thomasville will be the special guests. Rev. Donald Reed is the pastor. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Good Hope

getting basics

Good Hope Baptist Church is getting back to the basics, with sermons on "Basic Bible Doctrine," with Rev. Stuart Pope. Sunday school will be at 10 a.m., worship at 11 a.m. each Sunday morning.
