Yellow planks from hell?

The letter below is just one of the many complaints that have been voiced on the recently installed speedbreakers in Grove Hill. The Democrat has received numerous complaints about the yellow planks as has Town Hall. The above phrase is just one description the newspaper has heard of the speedbreakers. The speedbreakers are on Cobb Street (Old Highway 84) at the Highway 43 intersection, on Court Street near the San Dee Apartments and just before the Court Street intersection on the west side of Clark Street.
