School boasts future scientists
The sixth grade hall at Wilson Hall Middle School is filled with model spacecraft. Mrs. Smith's sixth grade science classes have been researching and gathering data about space. They spent hours at the NASA website learning about our space program. To enhance their learning experience each student made a model of a space probe, satellite, a rover, or a rocket. Eighty-seven models were judged. B. J. Ezell and Calley Davis tied for first place and Austin Council received the second place prize.
