Slightly used speedbreakers for sale?

Most of the yellow speedbreakers that appeared mysteriously at various locations in Grove Hill over a week ago were taken up in the last few days following an uproar from the public. The speedbreakers were pulled from Cobb Street at the intersection with Highway 43 and from Clarke Street near the Court Street intersection. They remain on Court Street near San Dee Apartments. The Grove Hill Town Council met Monday night but there was no discussion of the speedbreakers or the complaints they generated. Here the removed speedbreakers sit on the back of a town truck in front of Town Hall. A classified ad might read, "Speedbreakers for sale. Slightly used. Like new. Call the Grove Hill Town Hall, 275-3153 for a good deal."
