Clifford Mitchell and congregation of the First Church of God of Mt. Vernon. Lizzie Brownlee is the secretary. Rev. Prospere Sainvilus is the pastor. Spencer Chapel Christmas program Spencer Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church of Fulton located at 718 N.E. Main Street will have its annual Christmas program Sunday, Dec. 17 at 4 p.m. The special guest will be Rev. Thaddeus J.Z. Douglas and the choir of Mt.
