Judge-elect to take oath at courthouse Dec. 22
Stuart DuBose is moving ahead with plans to become a new circuit judge for the First Judicial Circuit.
Although he does not technically take office until Jan. 15, a swearing-in ceremony and reception will be held in the main courtroom of the Clarke County Courthouse Friday, Dec. 22 at 10 a.m.
DuBose invites the public to attend.
