Willie E. Davis, 81, of Stafford, Va. died July 8, 2007.
He was born June 2, 1926. He was a loving and compassionate person who played the harmonica and guitar. He served as a Ward leader in Cedar Point Baptist Church of Coffeeville.
Survivors include two sons, Frank E. Davis, Stafford, Va., Edward Duff, Theodore; four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, daughter, Willie Pearl Davis and his wife, Scluster White Davis.
The service was July 14 at 12 p.m. at the Cedar Point Baptist Church of Coffeeville with Rev. Jonnie F. Hartfield officiating. Burial was in the Cedar Point Baptist Church Cemetery. Reese Funeral Home of Thomasville and Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service of Fredericksburg, Va directed.
Active pallbearers were Bill Osbourne, Ray Fuss Osbourne, Willie E. Davis, Henry Davis, Reginald Davis, Dale Davis, Igmedio Limos and Aaron Limos.
