Wilson Hall band members selected for UAB Honor Band

Cassie Bexley and Katrina Gilchrist

Cassie Bexley and Katrina Gilchrist have recently returned from the University of Alabama - Birmingham Invitational Honor Band Festival where they were members of the Gold and Green Honor Bands, respectively. Cassie is an 8th grade flutist and Katrina is a clarinetist in the 7th grade band.

They were accompanied to the three-day festival by their band director, Mrs. Cheryl Clarke, and their chaperone, Mrs. Betty Gilchrist and daughter, Katie. Congratulations to these two outstanding young musicians.

They represented Wilson Hall well.
