Daugherty Marie Williams Daugherty, 81, of McIntosh died Jan. 14, 2007 at her residence. She was born Aug. 6, 1925. She spent most of her life as a homemaker. Survivors include her former husband, A.B. Daugherty; two sons, Lewis Daugherty, Jimmy Daugherty, both of McIntosh; one daughter, Sheila Graham, Elberta; two brothers, Malone Williams, Bud Williams, both of Sunflower; three sisters, Mary Blackmon, Jackson, Julia Bell Parnell, Sunflower, Clara Ann Busby, Tibbie; nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Halkam and Emmett Williams and two brothers, Glenn Williams and Seldon Williams. The service was Jan. 16 at 2 p.m. at the Sunflower United Methodist Church with Revs. Bob Younge and Al Crawford officiating. Burial was in the Hooks Cemetery in Deerhead on Highway 43 North. St. Stephens Funeral Home directed.
Active pallbearers were Marion Daugherty, Scott Daugherty, James Daugherty, Chris Cunningham, Kenneth Cunningham and Lee Cunningham.
