HIPPY money for education project
Alabama Power recently presented a $2,500 donation to Clarke County's HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Pre-school Youngsters). HIPPY is a research based parent involvement school readiness program. It is designed to empower parents as primary educators of children at home before entering kindergarten.
