Sheriff's dept. computer can't print arrests list

The Sheriff's Department computer program has been altered, according to employees in the office, and they cannot print out a list of arrested people booked through the county jail.

The Democrat has relied on the printout for its weekly report. If the computer system isn't fixed by next week, the newspaper will hand copy the jail log to provide a list of arrests for readers.
