Campbell

Allen Richard Campbell, 55, of Thomasville died Feb. 10, 2007 at Southwest Alabama Medical Center in Thomasville.

He was born Oct. 24, 1951 in Selma. He worked as a drywall

finisher. He was an

Army veteran of the

Vietnam War.

Survivors include two brothers, Roy Wallace Campbell, Terry Dale Campbell, both of Putnam; one sister, Rebecca C. Barrett, Mobile; two nephews, Sidney Campbell, Putnam, Kyle Campbell, Grove Hill; two nieces, Katherine Emerson, Mobile, Leslie Kerner, Washington, D.C.

The service was Feb. 13 at 11 a.m. at the chapel of O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Nelson officiating. Burial was in the Forest Springs Cemetery in Morvin.

Active pallbearers were Ira Brewer, Mike DeLoach, Dwight Parden, Ricky Parten, Glen Marsh, Aldolph Bruch, Randal Black and Sam Pugh.

Honrary pallbearers were Paul Lynn, Greg Downey and Randy Fendley.
