Rising to 'Scale Back' challenge
      Alabama will not be the fattest state in the nation in March if the Clarke County citizens have anything to say about it. With half of the eight week "Scale Back Alabama" program under the rapidly shrinking belt, participants are starting to see the results of a healthier lifestyle.

Mom upset that man only indicted for misdemeanor in sexual abuse case
      A mother is upset that a man accused of sexually molesting her two daughters was only indicted for a misdemeanor. The Clarke County Grand Jury recently indicted Michael Wilson, 35, of Thomasville on one count of sexual abuse, second degree, which is a misdemeanor.
