Grove Hill Municipal Court results

Twelve cases were heard in Grove Hill Municipal Court last week. Of those 10 were found guilty and two were dismissed. There were also 24 charges for failure to appear filed on subjects who did not come to court.

The cases heard include:

Robert Chancey, driving while license revoked, guilty, $267.50 in court costs and fines.

Ruth Coats, bad checks, dismissed.

Sylvester Dickinson, theft of property, third degree, guilty, $211 in court costs, fines and restitution.

Promise Hale Jr., driving while license suspended, guilty, $267.50 in court costs and fines.

Allen F. Horn, DUI, first degree, guilty, $747.50 in court costs and fines; running stop sign, guilty, $137.50 in court costs and fines.

Tiffany Taylor, reckless driving, guilty, $167.50 in court costs and fines.

Shirley Welch, bad check, guilty, $239.48 in court costs, fines and restitution; bad check, guilty, $251.73 in court costs, fines and restitution; bad check, guilty, $251 in court costs, fines and restitution;

Lemetrice Williams, driving while license expired, dismissed, $117.50 court costs; speeding, guilty, $157.50 in court costs and fines.
