King

Doretha Bonner King, 72, of Jackson died Feb. 21, 2007 at her residence.

She was born July 27, 1934. She was a native of Toddtown. She was a former member of Pine Chapel No. 2 Baptist Church of Toddtown and later a member of Jackson A.O.H. Church in Jackson where she served on the Mother Board.

Survivors include her husband, Albert Dean King Sr.; three sons, Otis Lee Bonner, Marietta, Ga., Albert Dean King Jr., Jackson, Edward (Paula) King, Bristo, Va.; eight daughters, Elouise Bonner, Doris King, Ruthie (Cecil) King, Cassie (Larry) Williams, Harriet (Wade) Jackson, Anelizaeth (Stanley) Johnson, all of Jackson, Minnie Lee King, Austin, Texas, Ora (Ray) Harris, Montgomery; 24 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.

The service was Feb. 27 at 1 p.m. at the Jackson A.O.H. Church with overseer Frank Mitchell, officiating. Burial was in the Pine Chapel No. 2 Cemetery of Towddtown. Jackson Memorial Funeral Home directed.
