COMMUNITY CALENDAR JHS '77 Class meets Jackson High School 1977 Class Reunion Committee will hold a meeting at the Jackson Steakhouse Saturday, March 17 at 4 p.m. Call Laura Donald at 251-769-8607. Toddtown's sixth annual beautillion and cotillion The Toddtown Community Development Center and event coordinators, Tyrone and Bridget Moye and presenters Dr. Patricia Adams of San Antonio, Texas and Dr. Kimberly Leslie-Patton of Birmingham will be introducing a group of select young men and women to society in their Sixth Annual Beautillion and Cotillion Saturday, March 17. The event will be held at the H. W. Pearce Memorial Park Assembly House at 7 p.m. Participants this year include John F. Raine Jr., Joshua R. Brown, Rayferl T. Love, Brian C. Hannon, Jared R. Johnson, Leonard B. Jackson, Porshia N. Dixon, Cecily N. Creer, Marria M. Stallworth, all of Jackson High School and Jessika R. Parham, and Charla Tucker, both of Alabama Southern Community College. The Master of Ceremony is Rev. Brian Chapman. International Miss Beauty Pageant set International Miss Beauty Pageant for ages 0-18 will be held Sunday, March 18 at 2 p.m. in Grove Hill. SWAIA to meet The Southwest Alabama Improvement Association, known as SWAIA, will hold a public meeting Tuesday, March 20 at 7 p.m. at the Jackson Steakhouse. The guest speaker will be State Rep. Thomas Jackson, who will update the general public on legislative activities. There will also be a question and answer period. GHMH Auxiliary meet Grove Hill Memorial Hospital Ladies Auxiliary will have a meeting Wednesday, March 28 at 9 a.m. in the conference room of Grove Hill Memorial Hospital. The guest speaker will be Dr. Eniola Fagbongbe, OB-GYN to Grove Hill Memorial Hospital and Grove Hill Healthcare, PC. Relay for Life team selling salad plates The Clarke County Courthouse Relay for Life team is currently taking orders for chicken salad sandwich plates. All proceeds will benefit the Grove Hill's annual Relay for Life. Plates are $5 each and they can be picked up beginning at 11 a.m. in the basement of the courthouse on Friday, March 30.
