Banana-Peach Rice Pudding
sliced cling peaches in light syrup 2 medium-size bananas 1 pound deli rice pudding 1 (8-ounce) container peach low-fat yogurt Mint leaves for garnish 1. Drain peaches. Reserve a few peach slices for garnish; coarsely chop remaining peaches. Slice bananas. 2. In medium bowl, stir rice pudding, peach yogurt, chopped peaches and all but 12 slices of banana. Spoon pudding mixture into 4 dessert bowls.
