Williams

Rosie Earl Williams, 83, of Coffeeville died March 5, 2007 at Jackson Medical Center.

She was born Aug. 21, 1923. She was a member of Cedar Point Baptist Church. She was a Sunday school teacher. She served as president of the usher board, served on the pulpit committee and in the Baptist training union. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include five sons, Jonnie Earl Williams, Earnest James Williams, James Eddie Williams, all of Coffeeville, Albert Lee Williams, Pineville, La., Warren Daniel Williams, Alexandria, La., one daughter, Pearlie Mae (Curtis) Williams, Mobile; four sisters, Edna Osborne, Lucille Pace, Coffeeville, Pearline Thomas, Houston, Texas, Louise Coats, Oklahoma City, Okla.; one brother, Earnest Williams, Mobile.

She was preceded in death by one brother, J.C. Williams and two sisters, Minnie Mae Osborne and Victoria Thornton.

The service was March 10 at 2 p.m. at Cedar Point Baptist Church in Coffeeville. Burial was in the Cedar Point Cemetery. Andrews Funeral Home of Jackson directed.
