Harris Erma Ruth Harris, 74, of Wagarville died March 9, 2007 in a Mobile area hospital. She was born June 29, 1932. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Leroy. She was a homemaker. Survivors include two sons, Percy W. Harris Jr., John W. Harris, both of Jackson; one daughter, Margaret A. Reeves, Leroy; five brothers, J.D. McCulley, Henry McCulley, both of Fairhope, Horace McCulley, Roy McCulley, both of Wagarville, Richard McCulley, Irvington; four sisters, Doris Nichols, Wagarville, Jeanette Vanscoder, Michigan, Sherry Henson, Texas, Valerie Lankford, Louisiana; six grandchildren.
The service was March 12 at 11 a.m. in the First Baptist Church of Leroy with Rev. James Watkins officiating. Burial was in the Ebenezer Methodist Church Cemetery. Lathan Funeral Home of Jackson directed.
