OBITUARIES Hart

Myra Eva Hart, 87, died Saturday, April 7, 2007 in a local hospital. She was a native of Fulton, born November 25, 1919, and a resident of Grove Hill. She was a seamstress at Vanity Fair and a member of the Asbury Baptist Church in Grove Hill.

Survivors include her son, Bert Hart, Chunchula; two daughters, Betty Council, Fulton, and Thersa Newburn, Citronelle; two sisters Mildred Hicks and Molly Jewel Sticher; 12 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Clyde Hart Jr., her mother, Ella White McHaney and her stepmother, Maggie Baugh.

The funeral was held April 9 at 2 p.m. at the Asbury Baptist Church with Rev. Don White officiating. Burial was in the Wade-Hicks-Hart Cemetery. Lathan Funeral Home of Grove
