Wilson Lois Powell Wilson, 89, of Thomasville died March 28, 2007 at her residence. She was born April 13, 1918 in Packers Bend. She was a member of Suggsville Baptist Church. She was a homemaker. Survivors include two sons, Francis Wilson, Grand Bay, Marion "Buddy" Wilson, Thomasville; two daughters, Barbara Pugh, Thomasville, Jane Bishop, Lower Peach Tree; 17 grandchildren; 26 greatgrandchildren. The service was March 30 at 11 a.m. at the chapel of O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Myers officiating. Burial was in the Choctaw Corner Cemetery in Thomasville. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to Pineview Baptist Church in Thomasville. Active pallbearers were Michael Wilson, Darren Wilson, Bo Pugh, Zachary Wilson, Mitchell Overstreet and Matthew Overstreet.
Honorary pallbearers were members of Southern Care Hospice.
