CAA meeting in Daphne will discuss Coffeeville Head Start, other issues The Community Action Agency will hold a Policy Council Executive Committee and a Board of Directors Executive Committee meeting Tuesday, May 15 at the central office in Daphne at 26440 N. Pollard Road. The meetings will begin at 9:30 a.m. for the Policy Council Executive Committee and at 10 a.m. for the Board of Directors Executive Committee. The Coffeeville Head Start Program and other pertinent information will be discussed.
