Glover
He was born Nov. 17, 1929. He was a native of Birmingham. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a self-employed HVAC contractor. He worked for years at the General Supply in testing and air conditioning. Later he helped organize and start Clarke-Air. He also owned and operated the Grove Hill Dairy Bar and Car Wash. Survivors include his wife, Jean Glover, Grove Hill; one daughter, Donna Blankenship, Grove Hill; halfsister, Frances Harris, Hoover; two grandsons, Steven Shaner, Pine Bluff, Ark., Wesley Shaner, Chattanooga, Tenn.; four great-grandchildren.
The service was May 11 at 3 p.m. at the chapel of Lathan Funeral Home in Grove Hill. Burial was in the Jones Chapel Cemetery in Coffeeville.
