Roberts She was born Jan. 20, 1915. She was a member of Witch Creek Baptist Church. She was a homemaker. Survivors include one son, Len Roberts, Campbell; seven daughters, Inez R. Fleming, Jeanette R. White, both of Salitpa, Mera Roberts, Ronita R. Hudson, Sue Carol R. Atchison, all of Jackson, Betty Jo R. Mitchem, Cedar Bluff, Ramona R. Sisk, Hartselle; one brother, Ray Anderson, Centerville, Ga.; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mermon Roberts and a daughter, Iris R. Harwell. The service was May 29 at 11 a.m. at the Witch Creek Baptist Church in Campbell. Burial was in the Witch Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Lathan Funeral Home of Jackson directed. Active pallbearers were Joe Fleming, Jim White, Jason White, Brett Atchison, Frank Harwell and Jon Harwell.
Honorary pallbearers were Candi F. Hodge, Stacy Atchison, Blaine Champion, Alton Anderson, Jerry Anderson, Aron Roberts, John Dayton Winipee, John Marshall III, John Baggett, W.V. Bedwell, Dwaine Kinard, Edward Sims, Chuck Harris and Jabo Allen.
