Juneteenth celebration in Grove Hill

Juneteenth Celebration will be Saturday, June 16 at the Grove Hill City Park. Accessory booths and activities will begin at 10 a.m. and end at 5 p.m.

A night service and singing will begin at 7 p.m. at the Wilson Chapel A.M.E. Church in Grove Hill. Rev. Kenneth Glasgow will be the guest speaker.

The featured singers will be Voices In Harmony of Grove Hill, Annointed Angels and Jackson Male Chorus, both groups of Jackson.

The celebration will be sponsored by the Clarke County NAACP.
