Dixon-Wilkerson plan Aug. 11 ceremony

Mr. Wilkerson, Miss Dixon
Mr. and Mrs. James F. Dixon and Mr. and Mrs. Harry B. Lancaster of Thomasville announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Nicholle (Nikki) Dixon to David Bernie Wilkerson, son of Mr. and Mrs. John D. Wilkerson of Elberta.

Miss Dixon is the granddaughter of Mrs. Lottie Dixon and the late Johnnie L. Dixon and the late Mrs. Ruby Wilkerson and the late James V. Wilkerson and the late Mrs. Ella Rhee Wilkerson, all of Thomasville.

Mr. Wilkerson is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Wayde E. Wilkerson of Paxton, Fla. and the late Mrs. Margaret Rose Wilkerson of Pensacola, Fla. and Mrs. F. Loraine Glines of Foley and the late Bernie E. Glines of Houston, Texas.

Miss Dixon is a graduate of Thomasville High School and the University of West Alabama where she majored in Business Administration.

She is currently living in Tuscaloosa and working at Southland National Insurance.

Mr. Wilkerson is a graduate of Foley High School. He served eight years active duty in the U. S. Army.

He is currently living in Livingston where he will be pursuing a degree in computer information systems.

The wedding will be held at 2 p.m. on August 11, 2007 at Midway Baptist Church in Thomasville.

All friends and family are invited. No local invitations will be mailed.
