Jackson

Atlean Williams Jackson, 48, of Jackson died June 21, 2007 at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center.

She was born April 4, 1959. She was a member of the Jackson A.O.H. Church of Jackson where she served on the usher board. She was a member of the usher union, choir member and missionary society. She was a graduate of Jackson High School Class of 1977.

Survivors include her husband, Tommie Lee Jackson Jr.; two sons, Javares Jackson, Jackson, Tommie Jackson, Birmingham; four daughters, Avetta D. Williams, Jameshia Williams, Yasmine King, all of Jackson, Kimberly Jackson, Montgomery; her father and mother, Allen and Ola B. Williams Sr. of Jackson; three brothers, Allen (Vera) Williams Jr., Kenneth (Mary Lee) Williams, both of Jackson, Michael (Sharon) Taylor, Mobile; three sisters, Jean (Nathaniel) Jackson, Carolyn Jackson, Joann Washington, all of Jackson; father and mother-in-law, Rev. Tommie and Elizabeth Jackson Sr., Jackson.

The service was June 26 at 11 a.m. at the Mt. Olive No. 2 Baptist Church of Jackson. Burial was in the Scott Family Cemetery of Jackson. Jackson Memorial Funeral Home directed.
