UDC meet at historic home

Charter Chapter No. 36 of the United Daughters of the Confederacy met at the historic Irby home in Lower Peach Tree for the May meeting. Members and guests enjoyed a picnic on the deck. Bill and Pat Irby presented the program after which they gave a tour of the house. Pictured are, seated, Elizabeth Pope, Marsha Boutwell Dunn, Maris M. Dauphin, Bobbie Best, and Mildred Nettles Cook; standing, Voncile Long, Gladys Mason, Joyce Martin, Louise Harvell, Susie K. Kennedy, Pat Irby, Mary Harvey, Robbie Cook Purser, and Bill Irby.
