Love James Henry Love, 60, of Grove Hill died July 21, 2007 at his residence. He was born Nov. 10, 1946. He was a member of Pine Chapel Number 1 Baptist Church. He was employed with Dumas Manufacturing Company. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Love; five daughters, Lila Tonia McDonald, Erica Calhoun, Chicago, Ill., Ramona Love, Lakeisha Creightion, Manila, Marie Ford, Virginia Beach, Va.; one brother, John Love, East Orange, N.J.; four sisters, Emma Love, Nancy Wilson, Mary Ray, all of Grove Hill, Dorothy Roper, Mobile. He was preceded in death by his mother, Christine Love and father, John Roper.
The service was July 26 at 1 p.m. at Pine Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Elijah Scott officiating. Burial was in the Wilson Chapel Cemetery. Reese Funeral Home of Thomasville directed.
