Pledger-Pugh plan Sept. 1 ceremony

Miss Pledger, Mr. Pugh
Linda R. Lindsey of Sweet Water announces the engagement of her daughter, Peggy Joyce Pledger, to Ricky Gray Pugh, son of Willard and Betty Jean Pugh of Thomasville. She is also the daughter of the late Milton L. Pledger Sr.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Oscar and Edna Pledger of Jackson and the late Denny and Caroline Howard of Calvert.

The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Wilton and Ada Clyde Pugh of Thomasville and Lillian Brunson and the late Arvin Brunson of Chilton.

Ms. Pledger is a 1988 graduate of Thomasville High School and Enterprise State Junior College. She is employed at Ala-Tom RC&D Council, Inc.

Mr. Pugh is a graduate of Thomasville Academy and Hobson State Technical College where he earned a diploma in Industrial Electricity. He is employed at G.A. West as an electrician.

The wedding will be an event of Saturday, Sept. 1, 2007 at 3 p.m. at 13557 Tallahatta Springs Road in Thomasville.

All family and friends are invited to attend. Invitations were mailed to out of town guests.
