      The Thomasville City Council voted Monday to reject bids for renovation of Fire Station No. 2. The lowest bid was from Assurance Service Inc. of Thomasville with $241,144. The estimated budget for the project was $150,000.

14-year-old charged with Fulton home break-in

      A 14-year-old juvenile was arrested Sept. 5 for the break-in of a home in Fulton. Ethel May Jefferson returned from work to her home at 169 Regency Drive. After approximately 10 to 15 minutes, she discovered a juvenile in her bedroom, according to Fulton Police Chief Larry Hicks.

Fulton Council to have street, parking lot resurfaced
