Hines selected for RLI membership

J. Hudson Hines, of Hudson Hines Real Estate and Timber of Monroeville has been selected for membership by the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) headquartered in Chicago, Ill.

The announcement was made by RLI, which is an affiliate of the National Assocation of Realtors. Hines is also a member of the Monroe County Board of Realtors and the RLI Alabama Chapter.

Hines joins an elite group of over 2,500 land specialist members of RLI throughout North America, in addition to subscribing to the Realtors Code of Ethics, RLI members support the high standards of conduct and experience that directly relate to their specialty as established by the Realtors Land Institute Board of Directors.

Through the RLI Land University, the institute provides specialty education for members to be current in all aspects of taxation, investment, brokerage, subdividing and planning regarding agricultural, transitional, recreations and timberland. This depth of knowledge translates into the highest level of service to prospective purchasers and sellers of land. Through other activities, members are kept up-to-date with developments in the industry. Members, who subscribe, market their clients' properties online through RLILand.net property service and in marketing sessions sponsored by local RLI Chapter or at national RLI meetings.

The REALTORS Land Institute award the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation to its members who meet rigorous knowledge and experience requirements. The ALC designation is recognized throughout North America as the pinnacle of achievement for land real estate specialists.
